Tornadoes have always been an important part of Illinois’s climate. However, the past three years have been unusually active for tornadoes in the Land of Lincoln.
Programs for Students
Ag Presentations – Bring an Ag in the Classroom representative, a local farmer or agribusiness leader to talk to your classroom.
Agucation – For 5th grade students. Held during National Agriculture Week, students participate in several hands-on activities during a two-hour tour at Richland Community College. The program is designed to provide exposure to the many aspects of agriculture.
