The MCFB Ag in the Classroom Committee hosted a poster contest for area classes that participate in the program. The winning classroom was Mrs. Field's fourth graders from Argenta-Oreana Elementary! They won a trip to the Children's Discovery Museum, Normal, to see the ag exhibit, and their creation was turned into placemats to be used at Farm Bureau events, such as last week's Annual Meeting dinner. CONGRATULATIONS to the winning class - bravo on your creativity on showing us how farmers feed us all day long!

Thank you to Macon County Farm Bureau member Margie Malone for hosting Jennifer Fink today at the Kiwanianne meeting in Decatur. The ladies learned about Ag in the Classroom and got to take goodies home for the little kiddos in their lives!
Congratulations to Preston Fredrickson, $1500 winner of a Macon County Farm Bureau Foundation scholarship! Award was presented by Jennifer Fink on behalf of the MCFB Foundation trustees at the 2022 MF Awards Night tonight.
Great job to Warrensburg-Latham FFA for hosting an amazing Barnyard Day today for the elementary students!! All students will take home Ag Mags from Ag in the Classroom to enjoy at home afterward.
