Gobble Gobble!
Enjoying Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends is a priority for many Americans, but paying attention to how the meal will impact the budget is also important. American Farm Bureau’s 36th annual survey indicates the average cost of this year’s classic Thanksgiving feast for 10 is $53.31 or less than $6.00 per person. This is a $6.41 or 14% increase from last year’s average of $46.90.

FFA at Farm Progress Show
The Macon County Farm Bureau in conjunction with three Country Financial Representatives sent over 200 Macon County FFA students to the Farm Progress Show.  Students were each given a ticket to attend one day to the show along with a t-shirt for the event.  Thank you to Country Financial Representatives Corbin Richardson, Andy Stukins, and Tim Young for their support of this opportunity for our area FFA Chapters.
